Project implementation location: Phuong Lieu ward, Bac Ninh province.
Investment objective: Continue to effectively implement the housing development program; promote the development of social housing, especially workers' housing with full cultural institutions, sports, entertainment areas, schools, medical facilities, commercial and service areas, meeting housing requirements for low-income people and workers in industrial parks.
The project has a population of about 3,850 people; the land use scale is about 4.8 hectares.
The project consists of about 1,800 apartments with 2 18-storey buildings. The total investment capital is more than 2,000 billion VND.
Implementation progress: Total time of 4 years from the date of selection of the investor.
