According to the announcement, the project has basically completed construction investment and is completing acceptance procedures to put into use.
The number of apartments for sale this time is 748 apartments; the number of apartments expected to be leased is 228 apartments. The selling price of social housing is 17,285,000 VND/m2; the rental price is 106,000 VND/m2/month. Apartment rental contracts are only signed after the project is completed and accepted for use.
