Long Duc 3 Industrial Park is planned with more than 244 hectares in Binh An and Long Thanh communes, Dong Nai province.
All 3 industrial parks are located near Long Thanh airport.
In Dong Nai province, there are currently 58 industrial parks established and Hoa Lu Economic Zone established in phase 1; 1 high-tech park partially established. Of which, 43 industrial parks are operating; 15 industrial parks have been established but are not yet operating. The total number of workers in industrial parks, economic zones, and high-tech parks is about 680,000 workers.
