Vinh Phuc - Tam Duong District invested nearly 180 billion VND to build a resettlement land area to serve the site clearance of Tam Duong I Industrial Park, Area 2.

The resettlement land project to serve site clearance (GPMB) of Tam Duong I Industrial Park, Area 2 in Huong Dao Commune, Tam Duong District has a total investment of nearly 180 billion VND, the investor is the Tam Duong District Construction Investment Project Management Board (Vinh Phuc Province).

According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at the National Bidding Network, on May 19, the investor posted a Bidding Notice for the project's "Construction + Equipment installation" package.

The above construction package is priced at nearly 100 billion VND from the provincial budget investment capital to support the project; the bid closing date is May 30, 2025.

In the coming time, after the contractor selection results are approved, the construction unit will deploy the construction of the project on a scale of about more than 8.6 hectares.

According to the project documents, the package will invest in the construction of an essential technical infrastructure system according to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the resettlement land area serving the site clearance of Tam Duong I Industrial Park, Area 2 and the road connecting Tam Duong I Industrial Park (DT.110) to Tam Duong II Industrial Park (Hop Chau - Dong Tinh Road), in Chua village, Moi village, Huong Dao commune, Tam Duong district.

The items include: levels; roads; sidewalks, trees; rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage; domestic water supply, fire water supply; domestic electricity supply, lighting.

The project is invested with the goal of contributing to perfecting the urban infrastructure system in accordance with the development orientation; connect the transportation system in the area to the constructions under construction; improve infrastructure quality.

According to the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province, Tam Duong district was approved by the Prime Minister for the development plan of 4 industrial parks with a scale and area of 647 hectares, the district with the number of industrial parks and the total area of industrial parks ranked 2nd in the province.

Of which, Tam Duong I Industrial Park, Area 2 (SHI IP) with a scale of 162.3 hectares, located in Huong Dao, Dao Tu communes and Hop Hoa town, Tam Duong district, has a total investment of more than 1,570 billion VND, and was started in April 2023.

This industrial park is located in a strategic location, directly connecting to all the Northern expressway network, Noi Bai airport and the national expressway network: Hanoi - Lao Cai, Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, Hanoi - Bac Giang - Lang Son, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen; connecting ICD Vinh Phuc International Port.

Tam Duong I Industrial Park, Area 2 is planned and developed according to international standards, aiming to build a green, modern industrial park, bringing full experience, space and utilities to investors.
