On May 3, the Gia Lai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board said it is planning to select a contractor for the main road project connecting CK54 Urban Area, Tra Da Industrial Park with the center of Pleiku ward and Bien Ho commune.
The project has a total estimated investment of about 640 billion VND, using state budget capital. Currently, the unit is implementing steps such as surveying, preparing construction drawing designs, estimates, building construction information models (BIM) and planting land clearance markers.
The goal of the project is to complete the urban transport infrastructure system, meeting the increasing travel and transportation needs, especially the demand for freight transportation from Tra Da Industrial Park.
However, according to some real estate experts, investing in infrastructure with state budget may increase the value of the land area belonging to Urban Area CK54.
The CK54 Urban Area project has a total area of more than 2.1 million m2, located near Pleiku airport. The scale includes 60 detached villas, 826 semi-detached villas, 84 golf villas and 598 townhouses.
The commercial - service area is expected to have items such as a shopping center, a convention center, a shopping village and a hotel.
The starting auction price of the project is more than 2,247 billion VND, with a deposit of about 449 billion VND. According to regulations, the total investment capital of the entire project is expected to be over 14,398 billion VND.
The provincial government requests relevant units to soon deploy auction plans to select suitable investors and generate revenue for the budget.
Investing in transport infrastructure will enhance the attractiveness of the land area of CK54 Urban Area, businesses will see potential advantages to boldly pour capital.
