Accordingly, urban land: 66,825.97m2, land allocation with land use fees, long-term.
Commercial - service land: 23,940m2, leased land with one-time payment for the entire lease term (50 years).
Land for theme parks, parking lots, public trees: More than 78,784m2, land lease with annual fees.
Land for construction of education - sports - water surface: nearly 44,600m2, leased land with annual rental payments.
Non-business land for traffic and public infrastructure: 90.553.4m2, land allocated without payment, after construction is completed, it will be handed over to the State for management.
The regional road system ensuring traffic connection between the project and neighboring areas will be managed by the State.
Internal roads are the responsibility of investors to manage and operate to ensure synchronization and safety in urban areas.
The form of land allocation and land lease is implemented through bidding to select investors for projects using land.
The Ha Long Sun - Asean Ha Long consortium is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang ward to ensure other legal land use rights within the project scope.
It is known that the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area project has a scale of more than 226 hectares, with a total investment of more than 17,000 billion VND.
In the future, a new public park and administrative center of Khanh Hoa province will be planned here.
The project is designed with 3 large islands - 3 sub-areas of Area 1 "Smart Ecological Urban Peninsula" of 68.55 hectares, adjacent to the new administrative center of Khanh Hoa province.
Area 2 of the 51ha " enough to entertain the international park" includes 2 main parks: international theme park and public park, with the mission of reshaping the tourism and night-time economy map of Khanh Hoa.
Area 3 named "Paradise Island" with an area of over 44 hectares, positioning a luxurious living space, separate for the upper class.
