The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3178/QD-UBND on handing over 44,319,5m2 of land that has been cleared in Trung Hung ward, Son Tay town to the Son Tay Town People's Committee to implement the Project of building technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights of Khoang Noi - Go Mieu.
The project is implemented according to Investment Decision No. 1497/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2019 approved by the People's Committee of Son Tay town, and is also adjusted in Decisions No. 428/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2023 and No. 1936/QD-UBND dated December 12, 2023.
The location and boundaries of the land are limited by the following markers: M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, 1, 2, M6, M7, 3, M8, M9, 4, 6, 7, M10, 8, 9, 10, 11, M11, M12, 12, 13, M13, 14, 15, M14, M15, 16, M16, M17, 17, 17, 18, 19 on M1 determined in the Master Plan for General Land Use at a scale of 1/500 for the Construction of technical infrastructure for the land auction of land use rights of Khoang Noi - Go Mieu, Trung Hung ward, Son Tay town, established by Hanoi Architectural Association Construction Consulting One Member Co., Ltd. in 2023, approved by the People's Committee of Son Tay town.
The total area of 44,319,5m2 of land includes: 25,992.5m2 of cultural land, trees, transportation and technical infrastructure allocated by the State without collecting land use fees, long-term use; 14,234.7m2 of residential land and 458.6m2 of parking lot will be organized by the People's Committee of Son Tay town to plan and auction land use rights according to regulations.
For the 3,634.1m2 of social housing land, Son Tay town was allocated land without auction, without bidding to select investors, implemented according to separate projects.
The People's Committee of Son Tay town is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site; at the same time, organize the development and implementation of the auction plan, ensuring publicity, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations.
The land use period is 12 consecutive months from the date of land handover on site. In case of non-use or delay of progress for more than 24 months than the plan, the People's Committee of Son Tay town is allowed to extend once for another 24 months. After the extension period, if the land has not been put into use or is used for the wrong purpose, the Hanoi People's Committee will reclaim the land without compensation.
