The Newlife social housing project of HUD Corporation is built on the CT-M2 plot of land. The project has a scale of 25 floors above ground, 2 basements providing 463 modern apartments with diverse areas from 36.62 m2 to 70 m2.
The total investment of the project is 649 billion VND. The apartments are designed in a smart, modern direction, optimizing functionality, ensuring natural lighting and ventilation.
This is a key project in the city's social housing development plan, contributing to solving the urgent housing needs of low-income people, workers and urban laborers.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that the Newlife social housing project demonstrates the deep concern of the Hanoi Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee in developing social housing, contributing to the implementation of the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister to ensure the safety of the people.
Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh suggested that HUD Corporation continue to prioritize resources, finance, and apply new technology; direct design units, construction units, and supervision consulting units to comply with regulations on investment and construction procedures, enhance responsibility, and implement the project to ensure the correct progress and quality as committed.
"After the groundbreaking ceremony, HUD needs to quickly provide, publicly announce, and fully inform about the project so that people know how to register to buy, hire-purchase, and hire-purchase" - the Deputy Minister of Construction directed.
Chairman of the Board of Members of HUD Corporation Dau Minh Thanh said that the Newlife social housing project is conveniently located in the area of the economic exchange unit west of Hanoi, where many housing areas and large urban areas are concentrated.
The project is located in the new urban area of Van Canh, so it has full amenities such as schools, sports areas, supermarkets, community centers and indoor parking areas, walking paths, trees and landscapes...
The Newlife social housing project is expected to be completed and handed over for use in the fourth quarter of 2027.
