The Joint Venture of Nam Do Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company and Phu Xuyen Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd. has just sent a document to the Hai Phong City Department of Construction announcing that the Joint Venture of the Company has been approved by the Hai Phong City People's Committee as the investor to implement the project to invest in building a social housing area in Ngoc Chau residential area, Hai Duong city (now Hai Duong ward, Hai Phong city).
Accordingly, the project to invest in building a social housing area in Ngoc Chau Ward Residential Area is implemented by the Investor, Nam Do Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company and Phu Xuyen Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd. The construction site of the social housing area belongs to Ngoc Chau Ward Residential Area, Hai Duong Ward, Hai Phong City.
The land use scale of the project is 10,780.79 m2, with a total investment of 1,113 VND. The project builds 2 21-story social housing buildings, 1 basement, 1 3-story community activity house. Number of apartments: 924 units. Area of each apartment from 33.47 - 70 m2.
According to the investor's announcement, the selling price of social housing at the Project is expected to be 22,700,000 VND/m2. The expected time to start receiving registration dossiers is from November 15, 2026 - December 15, 2026.

Previously, on May 7, 2026, the Investor was handed over land by competent authorities to implement the project. It is expected that the Project will complete the investment and construction of works within 36 months from the date of land handover.
