Gia Lai requires investors to complete and put into use more than 600 social housing units in 2025 according to the committed schedule, not accepting the reason for the delay.

On July 24, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province said that Vice Chairman of the province Nguyen Huu Que directly inspected the site of social housing projects (NOXH) in the province, including: Tan Dai Minh 2 - Lamer 2 Social Housing Project, Nhon Phu 2 Social Housing Project and the Housing Project under the Trade Union Institution Area planning.

Through the inspection, Mr. Nguyen Huu Que requested investors to speed up the progress and implement projects urgently to promptly meet the housing needs of people, especially cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers from the old Gia Lai province to Quy Nhon to work.

For projects that must be completed in 2025, it is necessary to focus on speeding up progress, ensuring completion on schedule or earlier, with the spirit of "only discuss work, no retreat", "only accept results, no reasons".

Mr. Nguyen Huu Que requested that the Tan Dai Minh 2 - Lamer 2 social housing project must be completed and put into use in Block C1 (261 apartments) in 2025.

The Nhon Phu 2 social housing project must be completed and put into use with 357 apartments (CTA3 building 209 apartments and CTA4 148 apartments) in 2025. In particular, CTA1 (209 apartments) and CTA2 (148 apartments) must be completed and put into use no later than the first quarter of 2026.

The Housing Project under the Trade Union Institution Area planning must be completed and put into use by CT2 Building (378 apartments) by June 2026; CT3 and CT4 Building (351 apartments each) must be completed and put into use by August 2026 at the latest.

The Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to be the unit to monitor, urge, inspect and supervise the implementation of projects; promptly handle issues related to buyers, renters, social housing buyers, management of selling prices, rental prices... in accordance with regulations.

Closely monitor the implementation progress, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure completion on schedule. In case the investor does not complete or do not put the project into use on schedule, the Department of Construction will be assigned to handle and propose strict handling measures according to regulations.
