At the meeting with voters, Ms. Ly Tiet Hanh - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Gia Lai Province - reported to voters the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
She said that the National Assembly has passed 34 Laws, 14 Resolutions; commented on 6 draft Laws; passed a Resolution on the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units and many decisions to remove institutional obstacles and promote socio-economic development.

Voters are excited by the country's development
Sharing at the meeting, many voters expressed their excitement at the country's comprehensive socio-economic achievements in recent times. At the same time, he highly appreciated the correct policies and decisions of the Party and State, which are profoundly humane such as eliminating temporary houses, exempting tuition fees for high school students, caring for the disadvantaged, etc.

Voters also acknowledge and strongly support policies on the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and commune levels, streamlining the apparatus; preventing corruption, negativity, and waste - which are implemented vigorously, without forbidden areas, without exceptions.
In addition to the achieved results, voters of Quy Nhon ward have sent their thoughts, wishes, and recommendations to the National Assembly and the Government on issues related to policy making; marine economic development; tourism; construction of sea dykes; implementation of policies and regimes for the elderly; handling surplus headquarters and real estate after the reorganization...

In addition, voters also expressed concern about the management of textbooks; were upset about the widespread spread of counterfeit goods, fake medicine, fake functional foods and fraud... and hoped that the Party and State would continue to take more drastic actions to completely prevent this situation.
Continue to promote care for the people
At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc acknowledged the voters' recommendations and specifically responded to many recommendations, especially issues related to sea dyke investment, textbooks, anti-counterfeit work, trade fraud, online fraud, etc.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that in recent times, the Government and ministries, branches and localities have implemented many peak periods to fight and destroy groups of counterfeit goods production and trading, especially items that directly affect people's health such as food, functional foods and medicine.
Regarding development orientation, the Deputy Prime Minister said that the Party and State are striving for double-digit economic growth (over 10%), making the country continue to develop more strongly, towards an era of strength and prosperity.
To achieve that goal, it requires transforming the growth model, continuing to simplify administrative procedures, supporting taxes and fees, promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and green transformation to promote rapid and sustainable development.

Along with economic development, the Government still pays special attention to social security. Many policies have been implemented such as exempting tuition fees for high school students, building boarding schools in border areas, taking care of the poor, the elderly, policy beneficiaries, eliminating temporary houses, dilapidated houses... so that all people can enjoy the fruits of development.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Gia Lai Provincial National Assembly Delegation to fully synthesize the opinions and recommendations of voters to forward to relevant agencies for consideration and handling according to regulations. Regarding recommendations under local authority, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that leaders of Gia Lai province pay attention to and direct the early resolution, promptly meeting the aspirations of the people.
