On May 14, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee - chaired a meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to listen to departments, branches, and localities report on the progress of implementing a number of projects in the province.
At the meeting, delegates reported on the progress of many key projects, including: PVF Youth Football Training Center project; roads connecting the PVF stadium area; Mixed-use urban area in Nghia Tru - Van Giang - Hoan Long commune; Van Giang Industrial Park - phase I; adjusting the construction plan of sub-zone E1, Van Giang urban area.
According to the report, the PVF Youth Football Training Center project is being implemented on an area of about 92.2ha in Nghia Tru and Van Giang communes, with a total investment of more than 2,051 billion VND. Phase 1 of the project has been completed and put into operation. For the expansion phase 2 with a scale of about 71.89ha, site clearance has been 100% completed; the investor is carrying out land procedures to be allocated and leased land according to regulations.
For traffic routes connecting the PVF stadium area, localities are focusing on site clearance, building resettlement areas, completing land acquisition dossiers, inventorying assets and paying compensation and support to people. Some key projects such as Dong - Tay I road, Thanh Nien extended road and connecting route from DT. 378 to DT. 382B are being accelerated.
The Mixed-use Urban Area project in Nghia Tru - Van Giang - Hoan Long commune has an area of about 171.8ha, with a total investment of about 21,000 billion VND. Currently, the Department of Construction is carrying out procedures to select consulting contractors to organize investor selection according to regulations.
For the Van Giang Industrial Park project - phase I, the recovered area is about 273ha in Nghia Tru commune, the locality has completed the review, assigned ownership of 100% of the area and issued a notice of land recovery of about 110ha.
Regarding the adjustment of the construction planning of sub-zone E1, Van Giang urban area, the Department of Construction and related units are seeking opinions from departments, branches, localities and residential communities to complete the dossier for submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen assessed that the progress of some projects has not met requirements, and requested departments, branches, localities and investors to strengthen coordination, focus on removing difficulties to accelerate progress.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to urgently complete the land allocation for the PVF Youth Football Training Center project; accelerate site clearance and resettlement for connecting roads, striving to complete the entire project before March 2027.
For the Mixed-use Urban Area project in Nghia Tru - Van Giang - Hoan Long commune, units need to complete procedures and strive to complete investor selection before July 15, 2026. For Van Giang Industrial Park - phase I, localities need to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to agree to hand over land, ensuring the progress of land handover to investors.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen also reminded departments, branches, localities and investors to implement projects strictly, publicly, transparently, in accordance with legal regulations, and at the same time ensure the progress, quality and aesthetics of the works.
