Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just approved the adjustment of the implementation time of the investment project to build a resettlement area serving the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway, phase 1, according to the public-private partnership (PPP) method.
According to the decision, the project will be implemented from 2024 to the third quarter of 2026. The project is located in the Van Lang area, serving resettlement work when land is recovered to build the expressway connecting Lang Son and Cao Bang provinces.
In February 2025, the Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee approved the feasibility study report of the project.
The progress adjustment was carried out after the province approved the change in the implementation time of the site clearance sub-project in Van Lang area.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, State Treasury Region VI and the authorities of Van Lang and Na Sam communes to organize implementation.
The resettlement area is one of the items serving site clearance for the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway. The progress of the project is related to arranging accommodation for people in the affected area and handing over the site to serve the road construction.
