On December 1, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa is still collecting opinions from units, organizations and individuals on the draft land price list first applied from January 1, 2026 in the province.
The draft consists of 4 chapters and 13 articles, specifically regulating the scope of application, subjects, land location and price list for each type of land.
The basic content of the draft includes: Regulations on land location for each type, number of land locations in the area, specific regulations for non-agricultural land and land price list for each commune, ward, and special zone.
The plan to build a Land Price List in 2026 is for the Department of Agriculture and Environment to propose stabilizing the basic price.
Based on the results of the synthesis of common transfer prices in the market in the past 24 months, comparing with the current land price list and the basis of the average income per capita in 2024 of the province.
Residential land in Bac Nha Trang, Nam Nha Trang, Tay Nha Trang wards, Ninh Hoa ward, Dong Ninh Hoa, Bac Cam Ranh ward, Cam Ranh ward, Nam Cam Ranh commune, Cam Lam commune, Dien Khanh commune, Van Ninh commune, Phan Rang, Do Vinh, Bao An wards is proposed to increase by 5-10% compared to 2025.
The remaining communes and wards: Maintain the same as in 2025; land along the main traffic axis and rural land: Maintain the same price in 2025.
Land prices will be adjusted to increase gradually according to the annual roadmap to suit local realities.
Non-agricultural production and business land, commercial service land, land in industrial parks and industrial clusters: Maintain the price in 2025.
It is expected to be gradually adjusted according to the annual roadmap.
Agricultural land: Maintain the price in 2025, continue to adjust to increase according to the roadmap each year based on the land price list in 2026.
The draft is being widely consulted, to ensure publicity, transparency and closeness to market reality before being applied from January 1, 2026.
