In August 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate announced a decision on a thematic inspection on preventing and combating waste in the management and use of real estate and land facilities under the management authority of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
The inspection was carried out under the direction of the Government Inspectorate and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate, the purpose of the inspection is to assess the current status of waste prevention and control in the management and use of housing and land facilities of agencies, organizations and state-owned enterprises in the area.
On that basis, the inspection team will record effective models and methods to replicate, contributing to the rational exploitation and use of public resources, promoting economic growth.
At the same time, inspectors will promptly detect and handle wasteful behaviors (if any); point out loopholes and inadequacies in related mechanisms, policies and laws.
The inspection results will be the basis for recommending competent authorities to amend, supplement and complete regulations to suit reality.
