According to Lao Dong reporters, on December 13, Me Linh district organized an auction of land use rights for 4 plots of land in Ao Dau area (Trang Viet village) and 7 plots of land in Point X1 (Dong Cao village). Notably, the plots of land have an area of 92-1,111 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 13 at the hall of the Cultural - Information and Sports Center of Me Linh district.
On December 19, Me Linh district continued to auction the land use rights for 11 plots of land at Point X1 (Dong Cao village). The plots of land have an area of 100-155 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
On December 26, Me Linh district continued to auction 11 plots of land at point X1 (Dong Cao village). The plots of land have an area of 87.4-142m2, with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
Similarly, on December 6, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company and My Duc District Land Fund Development Center will organize an auction of land use rights for 82 plots of land in Lot 3 Dong Chua (Kinh Dao village). The plots have a total area of 11,164.1 square meters, with a starting price of VND2.12 million/square meter.
The auction is expected to take place on the afternoon of December 6, 2024 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Thuong Lam Commune (My Duc District).
Also on December 6, My Duc district will organize an auction of land use rights for 115 plots of land in Dong Du area, Mai Sau area (Tri village) and Dong Ri - Bo Va area (Noi village). The plots of land have an area of 93-178m2 with a starting price of 1.7 - 2.1 million VND/m2.
On December 13, My Duc district continued to organize auctions of land use rights for 40 plots of land in Dung Duoi area (Bot Xuyen village), Go La area (Phu Huu village), and Dong Trai 1 area (My Tien village).
The plots of land have an area of 97-315m2 with starting prices from 1.1-1.7 million VND/m2. The auction will be held at 1:30 p.m. on December 13 at the hall of the People's Committee of Bot Xuyen commune (My Duc district).
On December 9, Hoai Duc district will organize an auction of land use rights for 4 auctioned land plots in Kim Chung commune - location X2 (Dong Sanh area); 2 auctioned land plots in Lai Yen commune - location X1 (Bo Dam area); 1 auctioned land plot in Di Trach commune (Co Bong area).
Plots of land have an area of 45.3-92m2 with starting price of 11-26 million VND/m2.
The price step applied to 2 plots of land in Bo Dam area (Lai Yen commune) in the auction rounds is 7 million VND/m2. The price step applied to 1 plot of land in Co Bong area (Di Trach commune), 4 plots of land in Dong Sanh area (Kim Chung commune) in the auction rounds is 9 million VND/m2.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 9 at the hall of the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center.
Thus, the upcoming land lots to be auctioned in Me Linh, My Duc, and Hoai Duc districts are starting at only 1.1-26 million VND/m2. This level is much lower than the starting price of previous auctions that caused a stir with the highest winning price exceeding hundreds of millions of VND/m2.
