The investor of the Ha Dinh social housing project is a joint venture of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company, Hanoi Electrical and Water Equipment Construction Joint Stock Company - Haweicco, DAC Hanoi Housing Construction and Development Joint Stock Company.
According to information from the investor, on December 30, 2025, the Joint Venture issued document No. 1230/CV-LD to the Department of Construction and Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee, announcing the adjustment of the expected time to receive applications for registration to buy, rent and lease-purchase social housing apartments at the project. Accordingly, the expected time to receive applications is adjusted to the first quarter of 2026, instead of the previously announced plan of the fourth quarter of 2025.

Ha Dinh social housing project (Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi City) is built on land plot NO1 of Ha Dinh new urban area.
On land plot NO1, a 25-story apartment building is built, in which from the 1st to 5th floors, service office space is arranged combined with parking and auxiliary technical areas, from the 6th to 25th floors, apartment areas are arranged along with 1 basement. It is expected that the project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The total number of apartments includes 440 units, of which the number of social housing apartments is 365 units, with an area of about 70m2 - 76.24m2. The number of social housing units for sale is 255 units (apartment area of about 70m2 - 76.24m2). The number of social housing units for rent and purchase is 37 units (apartment area of about 70m2). The number of social housing units for rent: 73 units (apartment area of about 70m2). The number of commercial apartments is 75 units (apartment area of about 76.24m2 - 89.82m2).
The selling price of social housing is about 25,000 VND/m2, the rental price is about 150,000 VND/m2/month. The rental price for social housing is about 390,000 VND/m2/month. (The above price is only a temporary price. The investor will announce the official price after being appraised by the State Management Agency according to regulations).
Hanoi Department of Construction recommends and strictly prohibits organizations and individuals from taking advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and make illegal deposits. All acts of fraud when declaring and confirming dossiers of buying and renting social housing when detected (including during post-inspection) will be handled according to current regulations.
The Department of Construction recommends that people not receive illegal transfers of social housing and not register to submit applications to buy social housing at locations not notified by investors on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
