On May 4, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the project to build infrastructure for the resettlement area in Trung Son ward to serve site clearance for the North-South high-speed railway project.
According to the decision, the project has a total area of about 2.87ha, with a total investment of 70 billion VND. The investor is Trung Son Ward People's Committee. Implementation progress from 2026 - 2027.
The project's objective is to build synchronous infrastructure to meet the resettlement requirements of households in Trung Son ward affected by site clearance for the North-South high-speed railway project.
The project invests in building 4 internal roads with a total length of about 0.76km. In which, route D1 has a roadbed width of 24m; routes D2, N1, N2 have a roadbed width of 17m. The road surface is made of asphalt concrete, the sidewalks are paved with fake cement concrete bricks, arranged with green trees and a traffic safety system.
In addition to traffic roads, the project also builds synchronous rainwater drainage systems, domestic water supply, wastewater drainage, and treatment tanks with a capacity of 100m3/day and night. The power supply system is newly built with a 560kVA substation, underground power lines; lighting systems are installed synchronously on all roads.
