Accordingly, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee announced the land recovery of 11 households, individuals, and organizations currently using 12 land plots, with a total land area expected to be recovered of 3,956.66 m2, in Phu Thuong ward.
The location and boundaries of the recovered land area are determined according to the Landmark Positioning Map (serving compensation, support, and resettlement work) dated December 12, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment; The 1/500 scale master plan for housing projects for the armed forces of the People's Police in Zone X1, Phu Thuong Ward, appraised by the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Area accompanied by document No. 639 dated October 10, 2025 of Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee.
The time to start the plan for investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory is from March 2026.
The compensation, support, and resettlement plan starts from March 2026 to the end of December 2026.

The Phu Thuong Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board shall preside over and coordinate with the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward, the head of the residential group, and the area police where the land is located to send land recovery notices to organizations and individuals whose land is recovered, owners of assets attached to the land, and people with related rights and obligations.
At the same time, post land recovery notices and lists of people whose land is recovered in the managed area at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee and common living locations of residential areas where land is recovered throughout the compensation, support, and resettlement period.
People with recovered land, owners of assets attached to land, people with related rights and obligations (if any) are responsible for coordinating with the Phu Thuong Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and relevant agencies to conduct investigations, surveys, record the current status, measurements, inventory, statistics, and classification of recovered land area and assets attached to recovered land to develop compensation, support, and resettlement plans.
In case organizations, households, and individuals do not comply with the investigation, survey, record of the current situation, measurement, inventory, statistics, and classification of recovered land area and assets attached to recovered land, the State shall deploy mandatory inventory according to the provisions of law.
