On September 14 and 15, Bach Mai Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) announced the public posting and consultation on the draft plan for compensation, support and resettlement to implement the National Highway 1A spatial axis project associated with urban embellishment and reconstruction according to the public-private partnership (PPP) method, type of construction - transfer (BT) contract for the section from Ring Road 1 to Cau Gie intersection, passing through Bach Mai ward.
The public listing period is within 10 days.
During the public time period, relevant households, individuals, and organizations send opinions in writing or directly during office hours on working days at address No. 157 Giai Phong street (headquarters of the old Dong Tam Ward People's Committee).
In the draft plans for compensation, support and resettlement of the National Highway 1A spatial axis project publicly announced by Bach Mai Ward People's Committee, there are cases expected to be compensated at the level of 455.516. 000 VND/m2 (location 1 Le Thanh Nghi street).
Meanwhile, the location of 2 Le Thanh Nghi street is compensated and supported 232.416. 000 VND/m2.
Location 1 of Giai Phong street (opposite the railway track) section from Dai Co Viet to Truong Chinh is compensated and supported at a level of 382,360,000 VND/m2.
For land plots with 1 side adjacent to Giai Phong street (opposite the railway) and 1 other side adjacent to lane 75 Giai Phong; land plots with 1 side adjacent to Giai Phong street (opposite the railway) and 1 other side adjacent to lane 266 Le Thanh Nghi are compensated and supported 439,651,900 VND/m2.
For land plots with 1 side adjacent to Giai Phong street (opposite the railway track) and another side adjacent to Alley 19 Giai Phong, compensation and support are 420,536,600 VND/m2.
Meanwhile, position 2 of Giai Phong street is compensated and supported at 199,324,000 VND/m2; position 3 is 151,388,000 VND/m2; position 4 is 133,562,000 VND/m2.
Location 1 Truong Chinh street is compensated and supported by 330,660,000 VND/m2; location 1 Truong Chinh street + one side adjacent to the alley with a cross-section of 2.5m is compensated at a level of 363,726,000 VND/m2.
Location 1 of Vong street is compensated and supported by 290,604,000 VND/m2; location 1 of Vong street + one side adjacent to the alley with a cross-section of less than 2m is compensated at a level of 305,134,200 VND/m2.
In addition to compensation and support for land, the draft also clearly states the level of compensation and support for damage to houses and construction works attached to land; compensation for asset relocation costs; temporary residence support; progress bonus for site handover.
Regarding resettlement, it is expected to allocate resettlement land according to Document No. 624/TB-VP dated July 13, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee Office if it meets the conditions specified in Clause 2, Article 4 of Decision No. 40/2026/QD-UBND dated April 2, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Committee and Article 9 of Resolution 36/2026/NQ-HDND dated June 15, 2026 of the Hanoi City People's Council.
