The official dispatch sent to the Department of Industry and Trade stated that the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an official dispatch dated February 28, 2025 from the Department of Industry and Trade regarding the request for approval to establish Lac Ve Industrial Park, Tien Du district.
Regarding this, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant units: Complete the dossier for the establishment of Lac Ve Industrial Park, Tien Du district according to regulations, submit to competent authorities for appraisal and decision to establish Lac Ve Industrial Park, Tien Du district.
According to the reporter's investigation, previously, at the working session on December 25, 2024, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan agreed with the proposal of Dabaco Group on the policy of converting Khac Niem Industrial Park (Bac Ninh city) according to the roadmap and establishing Lac Ve Industrial Park (Tien Du district) according to the industrial park development plan integrated into the provincial planning for the period 2021-2023, with a vision to 2050.
Accordingly, the planning and construction of Lac Ve Industrial Park will develop high technology and agricultural production, not cause pollution, ensure environmental sanitation, not affect urban areas and neighboring residents, and at the same time ensure modern construction works, suitable for the general landscape because the industrial park is located at the gateway to Nam Son Urban Area, Que Vo town.
Dabaco is moving the chicken farm to another locality in parallel to soon implement the industrial park project.
Dabaco Group is a large and long-standing livestock enterprise in the North. Currently, Dabaco is in the top 10 largest animal feed manufacturing enterprises in the country. This group also invests in building infrastructure for industrial parks, urban areas and real estate business.
In Lac Ve commune (Tien Du district), Dabaco Group has also previously implemented an investment project to build a Dabaco Lac Ve residential area.
In September 2024, the Inspectorate of Bac Ninh province issued a notice of inspection conclusion on compliance with policies and laws for the Dabaco Lac Ve project, thereby discovering a number of shortcomings and problems in investment, construction, housing, land, construction order, real estate business, and financial obligations to the state.
