The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just conducted the 4th and 5th inspections of subjects expected to be resolved to buy social housing at the Hoa Phu Social Housing Area construction investment project, Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has inspected the list of 1,474 subjects expected to be resolved for social housing purchases sent by Nam Kim Industrial Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. The results showed that there were 1,448 valid dossiers. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction requested the investor to fully summarize the registration dossier for social housing purchases (valid). At the same time, implement social housing purchase and sale contracts in accordance with regulations.
Previously, in 2025, the Department of Construction of Binh Duong province also had 3 approval phases of 681 valid dossiers to buy social housing at the Hoa Phu Social Housing Area project. Thus, to date, 2,129 valid dossiers have been approved to buy this social housing project.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction, the unit has issued a document announcing information on the investment project to build Hoa Phu social housing area in Binh Duong ward in October 2025. This project has a total area of about 26.7 hectares, including social housing, commercial housing, education, commercial services and technical infrastructure works.
The total number of social housing apartments is 3,030 units. In which, adjacent social housing has 1,376 units (area from 117-139 m2 per unit), social housing apartments have 1,654 units (area from 31-69.6 m2 per unit).
