On July 29, the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate announced the inspection decision on land management and construction order in Phuoc Thang ward.
The inspection team will conduct an inspection of land management and construction order in the period from January 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025; expected to take place within 30 days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.
Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate to establish a specialized inspection team to inspect land management and construction order in Phuoc Thang Ward, and report the results to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in August 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung - Chairman of Phuoc Thang Ward People's Committee - said that through inspection and review in recent times, 120 cases of violations of construction order have been discovered in the ward.
Local authorities have handled 110 cases; there are 10 cases that are currently undergoing handling. Of which, 6 cases have been sentenced for administrative violations; 2 cases are submitting voluntary applications for dismantling and 2 cases are voluntarily dismantling.
Phuoc Thang Ward is coordinating with the delegation to conduct an inspection of the current status, serving the inspection of land management and construction order in the area.
