The implementation of the "C Community Public Administration Service Point" aims to bring public administrative services closer to the people, helping urban residents and people in the commune not have to travel far to resolve administrative procedures.
Here, people are received, guided and handled administrative procedures under the authority of the People's Committee of Dai Thanh Commune and the Hanoi Land Registration Office - Thanh Tri Branch.
People who need to complete the procedure will register in advance via the QR-Code. Public Post staff will support declaration, completion of documents, digitization and online submission of documents through the National Public Service Portal or the administrative procedure information system of Hanoi City.
The results of the handling of the dossier will be returned in parallel on the Administrative Procedures Information System (electronic copy), and the paper will be delivered to the citizen registration address via the Public Post service.
