This billion-dollar urban project is located in Tan Ha ward, Tuyen Quang city. The land use area is nearly 37 hectares, including more than 12 hectares of residential land, 3 hectares of public land, 17.5 hectares of technical infrastructure land and nearly 4.34 hectares of land for education and green trees.
The goal of the project is to create a modern urban area with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, meeting the needs of about 5,172 people with 594 townhouses/shophouses, 89 villas, and more than 608 social housing units.
The project is implemented through bidding. From the second quarter of 2025 to approve the policy and select investors, from the first quarter of 2026 to complete site clearance, construction licensing and environmental assessment. Implemented in three phases:
Phase 1 (March 2026 - January 2029) completes the technical infrastructure system, builds 206 townhouses/shophouses, 36 villas, and public works such as cultural houses, kindergartens, cultural and sports centers.
Phase 2 (March 3, 2028 - February 2, 2020) continues to build 172 townhouses/shophouses, 16 villas, commercial - service works, primary schools, and secondary schools.
Phase 3 (quarters of March 2029 - quarter of 2021) deploys 216 townhouses/shophouses, 37 villas and social housing units.
