In 2024, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union subsidized visits to 1,189 workers and employees in especially difficult circumstances with an amount of VND 5.945 billion, visited workers who overcame power grid problems caused by storms and floods with an amount of VND 595 million; approved support for the construction of 48 new Union Shelters with an amount of VND 2.8 billion, approved the repair of 13 houses with an amount of VND 390 million. In addition to support within the industry, there was also support outside the industry with a total amount of VND 1.8 billion.
