Some studies show that omega-3 can help reduce mild depression symptoms and support emotional balance – a fairly common problem due to hormonal changes.

However, omega-3 supplementation needs to be accompanied by a balanced diet. Overusing functional foods or eating too much fish can lead to excess energy or the risk of heavy metal contamination if you choose unsafe sources.

Therefore, housewives should prioritize fresh, clean food and maintain a diverse diet for themselves as well as for women in the family.
