White chocolate cookies have a sweet taste and soft texture, very popular with children. Housewives can try making this cake at home to change the taste for children during the summer vacation.
To make white chocolate cookies, housewives need about 222 grams of butter butter; 246 grams of brown sugar; 115 grams of white sugar; 1 chicken egg; 5ml vanilla essence; 343gr of multi -purpose flour; 5gr baking soda; 2gr of salt and 400 grams of white chocolate chocolate.
In a large bowl of flour, baking soda and salt, mix the ingredients together. In another bowl, beat the butter with brown and white sugar until smooth and lightly cotton. Add the eggs and vanilla extract before continuing to beat until the mixture is thick.
Divide the dry flour mixture into three parts, slowly add to the butter and mix well. Once the flour has blended, add the white chocolate chip and continue to mix gently.
Use a spoon or hand to shape the dough into balls about 3cm in diameter. Place the flour on a baking tray lined with candy paper, each flour about 5cm apart so that the cake can bloom easily.
Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until the cake flour is light yellow. Housewives should also note not to bak the cake for too long to keep it soft.
Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool on the tray for about 5 minutes and then you can serve on a plate to enjoy.
