This ice cream contains no refined sugar, no preservatives, and uses only natural ingredients, not only suitable for dieters and vegetarians, but also ideal for young children or the elderly.
The wonderful uses of the dish:
Natural, low-sugar desserts like this not only help control weight but also support gut and immune health, says Dr Rachel Johnson, a clinical nutritionist at the School of Public Health, University of Vermont (USA). A diet rich in fresh fruits is the foundation for a long-term healthy lifestyle".
She also warned that industrial ice cream often contains preservatives such as sodium benzoate, which has been studied by many studies, including a study published in bioMed Research International, showing that it can affect the lungs, liver, and even reduce immunity by inhibiting the production of white blood cells.
