To make this nutritious drink, housewives need to prepare 400ml of unsweetened fresh milk, half a vanilla bean (can be replaced with 2ml of vanilla essence), 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 nutmeg, 15ml of honey and 20ml of fresh cream.
Pour the milk into the pot and heat it over medium heat, avoid boiling it too much as it can easily reduce the nutrients. Stir constantly to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the pot before adding cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and vanilla to the milk and boil together. Grate about 1/4 nutmeg and continue to add to the pot to boil with the mixture to increase the delicious flavor.
When the milk mixture reaches a warm enough temperature, turn off the stove and remove the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, vanilla and add a little honey.
