How to make warm milk, honey and cinnamon nutritious for breakfast

Warm milk combined with honey and cinnamon is very popular because of its sweet and aromatic flavor and high nutritional value. Honey provides natural energy, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties, while warm milk helps the body relax in cold weather. This is an ideal choice for breakfast to start a new day.

To make this nutritious drink, housewives need to prepare 400ml of unsweetened fresh milk, half a vanilla bean (can be replaced with 2ml of vanilla essence), 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 nutmeg, 15ml of honey and 20ml of fresh cream.

Pour the milk into the pot and heat it over medium heat, avoid boiling it too much as it can easily reduce the nutrients. Stir constantly to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the pot before adding cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and vanilla to the milk and boil together. Grate about 1/4 nutmeg and continue to add to the pot to boil with the mixture to increase the delicious flavor.

When the milk mixture reaches a warm enough temperature, turn off the stove and remove the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, vanilla and add a little honey. Housewives should also note that they should not add honey when the milk is too hot because high temperatures can easily reduce the effects of the natural enzymes in honey.

Pour the milk into a glass, then whip the whipped cream on top, add a little cinnamon powder on the surface and you are ready to enjoy. The drink will be more delicious when eaten with a few cookies or a piece of nutritious sponge cake.
