On April 13, the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (in Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province) organized a female club activity in workers, in the form of a golden bell ringing contest. Contest with the theme "Understanding knowledge about gender equality and prevention of violence on the basis of gender; reproductive health and family planning for female workers" in 2025.
Participating in the contest, there are 100 contestants who are union members and workers of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. The contest undergo 3 parts including greeting, accelerating and finishing (each test, candidates answered 10 questions).
The content of questions related to knowledge such as gender equality, reproductive health and family planning for female workers, labor rules, Social Insurance Law, Law on Safety and Occupational Sanitation.
The organizers gave 30 questions, the contestants had 15 seconds of thinking and answering in the table. If the answer is correct, the contestant will continue to sit on the competition floor, if wrong will be eliminated and leave the competition floor. The remaining contestant will eventually be the winner.
According to the Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd., the contest is to create a healthy playground, enhance exchanges, learn, exchange experiences and improve legal knowledge for union members and workers.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 4 second prizes and 1 third prize to individuals achieving the highest results.
