On July 8, the Hue City Labor Federation said that in the first 6 months of 2025, the city's Trade Unions at all levels have actively promoted propaganda, education, and mobilization of female union members and workers to promptly implement the policies and resolutions of the Party, the policies of the State and the Trade Union organization, especially the contents related to female and child workers.
On the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 2010 - March 8, 2025) and the 1985 year of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, Trade Unions at all levels organized many rich and diverse activities such as seminars, cooking competitions, flower arrangement, performances, sports... creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among female workers and civil servants.
At the same time, mobilize female cadres and union members to actively participate in "Ao Dai Week" from 1 to 8 March associated with the program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love, Preserving Traditional Beauty".
The 2025 Union Member Welfare Program has also been effectively implemented. The union coordinated with the Nu Cuoi Viet dental system and Medlatec clinic to organize free consultation and health check-ups for female union members and workers at grassroots unions.
The organization of the Mass Women's Union continues to receive attention. In the first 6 months of the year, trade unions at all levels have established 4 non-state Women's Committees, reaching 400% of the assigned target.
