Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the mobile job transaction session in Thuong Tin, Hong Van, Thuong Phuc, and Chuong Duong communes in 2026, scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 19, has 321 high-income recruitment targets from 15 million VND/month or more.

The Hanoi Employment Service Center summarized the recruitment and enrollment needs of units and businesses participating in the session, showing that 32 units and businesses participated in the session. The total number of recruitment and enrollment needs is 1,476 targets, of which the recruitment demand is 200 targets.

Recruitment targets according to qualification requirements: Recruitment demand is for workers with intermediate level - technical workers accounting for the highest proportion: 648/1,276 targets, accounting for 50.8%. Recruitment demand for workers with college - university degrees or higher: 187/1,276 targets, accounting for 14.7%. Recruitment demand for workers with high school degrees or higher: 441/1,276 targets, accounting for 34.6%.

Targets with income from 15 million VND/month or more: 321/1,276 targets (accounting for 25.2% of the total recruitment targets). This is the income level of high-quality targets, workers with good experience and expertise, capable of withstanding high work pressure.

Targets with income levels from 10-15 million VND/month: 381/1,276 targets (accounting for 29.9% of the total recruitment targets). This is the income level of targets in professional, technical, business, management, supervision... positions and jobs that require employees to have certain qualifications, skills or experience.

Targets with income below 10 million VND/month have 248/1,276 targets, accounting for 19.4% of the total recruitment targets. This is an income level mainly concentrated in positions of production workers, mechanical workers, garment workers, sales workers, accountants, office workers... This income level requires not too high experience but still needs skills and ability to adapt to the working environment.

The targets have an agreed income level of 326 targets. This is a group of jobs with high income flexibility, depending on the capacity, experience and negotiation ability of employees.

Recruitment demand by age group: The age group from 30 and below has the highest recruitment demand with 675/1,276 targets. This is a young workforce with good health, quick adaptability to the working environment, dynamism and willingness to meet the requirements of time, intensity as well as working conditions of businesses.

The age group from 31-40 has 329 targets. This is a group of workers who have work experience, professional skills and good discipline, suitable for positions with professional requirements and long-term stability.

The age group from 41-50 has 226 targets. Recruitment demand in this group mainly focuses on jobs that do not require too high labor intensity or positions requiring practical experience.

The age group from 51-60 has the lowest demand with 46 targets. This shows that job opportunities for older workers are still limited, mainly concentrated in positions that do not require high physical fitness, are stable in nature or require practical experience and skills of workers.
