Previously, on January 21, the Provincial Inspectorate announced the inspection conclusion on the compliance with labor laws, labor safety and hygiene laws and social insurance laws at a number of enterprises in Dong Nai province.
Through inspection and verification, the inspection team discovered that 9/25 businesses had violations.
Among them, 4 businesses organized for employees to work overtime exceeding the prescribed time. Specifically, in 2024, Marco Technology Co., Ltd. mobilized 39 employees to work overtime exceeding the prescribed hours; Hong Sheng Industry Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) mobilized 95 employees to work overtime exceeding the prescribed hours; Evertie Lighting Vietnam Co., Ltd. mobilized 249 employees to work overtime exceeding the prescribed time; Quang Hung Co., Ltd. mobilized 96 employees to work overtime exceeding the prescribed time.
In addition, the Provincial Inspectorate also discovered 1 enterprise that has not amended or supplemented the grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace to serve as a basis for organizing dialogues at the workplace and organizing employee conferences according to regulations; 2 enterprises handled labor discipline in the wrong order and procedures...
The inspection team made a record of work and transferred the proposal to handle administrative violations to the Department of Home Affairs for 9 enterprises. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued 4 decisions to sanction 4 enterprises and the Director of the Department of Home Affairs issued 5 decisions to sanction administrative violations for 5 enterprises.
