The demand for recruiting workers with intermediate level - technical workers is 983/1,895 targets, accounting for 51.9%; the demand for recruiting workers with college - university level is 395/1,895 targets, accounting for 20.8%; the demand for recruiting workers with high school level or higher is 517/1,895 targets, accounting for 27.3%.

Recruitment demand by income level: Targets with high income from 15 million VND/month or more: 419/1,895 targets (accounting for 22.1%). This is an income level for high-quality positions, workers with good experience and expertise, capable of withstanding high work pressure.

Indicators with income levels from 10-15 million VND/month: 785/1895 indicators (accounting for 41.4%). This is the income level of professional, technical, business, management, supervision positions... and jobs that require employees to have certain qualifications, skills or experience.

Indicators with income below 10 million VND/month have 528/1,895 indicators, accounting for 27.9%. This is a income level concentrated in positions of production staff, sales staff, mechanics, kitchen assistants... and jobs that do not require too high professional qualifications. This income level does not require too high experience but still needs skills and ability to adapt to the working environment.

The targets have an agreed income level of 163 targets. This is a group of jobs with high income flexibility, depending on the capacity, experience and negotiation ability of employees.

Recruitment demand by age group: The age group from 30 and below has the highest recruitment demand with 845/1,895 quotas. This is a young workforce, with good health, quick adaptability to dynamic working environments and ready to meet the requirements for time, intensity as well as working conditions of businesses.

The age group from 31-40 has 617 targets. This is a group of workers who have work experience, professional skills and good discipline, suitable for positions with professional requirements and long-term stability.

Hanoi Employment Service Center surveyed the professional and technical qualifications of 962 students and workers who are looking for jobs. The results showed that workers with intermediate level - technical workers accounted for the highest proportion with 533 people, accounting for 55.3%; workers with college - university level are 201 people, accounting for 20.9%; the rest are workers with high school level with 228 people. This is consistent with the recruitment needs of businesses in Dong Da cluster when the recruitment demand for workers with intermediate level - technical workers accounts for the majority.
