Implementing Plan No. 22/KH-TLD dated August 29 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing congresses at all levels, towards the Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union has implemented a Plan for trade union congresses at all levels with the goal of completing the grassroots trade union congress before November 30, 2025.
Although the congress preparation work was very short, falling into the peak emulation period of production and business of enterprises, with the spirit of "only discussing work, not retreating", the congress of grassroots trade unions took place thoughtfully, solemnly, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter, strongly applying digital transformation work. The political reports of the units comprehensively reflect the results of implementing the Resolution of the Congress for the 2023-2028 term up to now; clearly identify the direction, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, associated with the implementation of the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the production and business practices of enterprises.
The Standing Committee of the Corporation's Trade Union has closely coordinated with the grassroots Party Committee to help the grassroots Trade Union prepare well for the personnel work of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and positions of Trade Union officials for the new term.
With a spirit of urgency and determination, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union has organized a peak period, focusing on directing the grassroots trade union congress from October 15 to November 15, and by November 10, 56/60 grassroots trade unions had successfully organized the congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to the plan, the grassroots trade union congress under the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union will be fully completed before November 20, creating a basis for successfully organizing the 7th Congress of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, expected to be held in mid-December 2025; at the same time, trade unions at all levels focus on effectively implementing the Emulation Movement in the fourth quarter of 2025, the special emulation movement "70 days of sprinting - successfully completing tasks and goals in 2025" launched by the General Director of the Corporation and the Standing Committee of the General Corporation's Trade Union, creating resources for activities to care for the Lunar New Year 2026 for workers with the motto "All workers have a happy Tet".
