60 civil servants and public employees in Ninh Binh apply for early retirement

Ninh Binh - Spending over 56.5 billion VND to support 60 civil servants, public employees and workers in Ninh Binh to retire early.

In order to build a streamlined, effective and efficient administrative apparatus and public service units in line with their functions and tasks, meeting the requirements of economic and social development and the State administrative reform process in 2025, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has issued a decision approving a list of 60 people, including: 39 civil servants, 4 public employees, 11 cadres and 6 contract workers at the department, district and commune levels in Ninh Binh province who retire according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government.

The total implementation cost is over 56.5 billion VND. Of the 60 civil servants, public employees and labor contracts at departments, districts and communes in Ninh Binh province who retired before this age, 14 people are from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; 2 people are from the Department of Information and Communications; 2 people are from the Department of Education and Training; 1 person is from the Department of Planning and Investment; 1 person is from the Department of Industry and Trade; 2 people are from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; 1 person is from the Department of Construction; 1 person is from the Department of Science and Technology.

Nho Quan district has 10 people; Gia Vien district has 3 people; Hoa Lu city has 6 people and Yen Khanh district has 3 people.

Mr. Tong Quang Thin - Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee said that the implementation of staff streamlining is based on the principle of ensuring the leadership of the Party, promoting the supervisory role of socio-political organizations and the people in the process of staff streamlining. Link staff streamlining with the arrangement of the apparatus in the direction of streamlining, operating effectively, efficiently and restructuring, improving the quality of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees according to job positions, in accordance with the autonomy mechanism of the agency, organization and unit.

The streamlining of staff ensures the principle of democratic centralism, objectivity, fairness, publicity, transparency and in accordance with the provisions of law. Ensure timely and complete payment of staff streamlining regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring effective use of the State budget.

The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province requires relevant agencies and organizations in organizing the implementation of the staff streamlining policy to uphold the sense of responsibility and promote the proactive and active role in specifically determining the content of work, deadline, and progress for completing the staff streamlining of Ninh Binh province in 2025.
