According to the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, in August 2025, Hanoi created jobs for 15,123 workers. 1,728 workers have received jobs through sessions, job exchanges and job introduction activities at the Hanoi Employment Service Center; 313 workers have had jobs created through labor export and 7,237 people have had jobs created through other forms.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center strengthens the organization of job fairs and labor market information to connect supply and demand, and support jobs for workers. In the first 8 months of the year, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 23 job fairs with 636 units, enterprises and 5,408 employees registered to participate. There were 3,766 workers registered to find jobs, interviewed, and 1,403 people recruited at the job fair.
In August 2025, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 21 periodic, thematic, online, mobile job fairs with 600 participating units and 12,747 recruitment targets. There were 12,114 workers consulted and provided with labor market information; the number of workers interviewed for job connections was 3,396 people; 1,255 workers were accepted and recruited at the job fair organized by the Center.
