Employers care about young human resources

The transaction session is not only an opportunity for employers to promote their brands but also a good opportunity for young people to learn, refer to and perfect their skills through the process of exchanging, interviewing, and consulting with employers.
"We have a large-scale need to recruit personnel, up to hundreds of positions in the tourism and hotel service sector," Ms. An revealed.

Mr. Bui Trung An - the human resources department of a travel company participating in the recruitment session - said that the company planned to recruit 30 sales staff and by the morning of March 18, it had recruited 17 people.
"We are impressed and highly appreciate the confidence and enthusiasm of the young staff. Candidates still lack some skills, but we believe that the company's retrainement process and their self-learning and improvement process will quickly make up for these skills," said Mr. An.

This morning, I took the opportunity to consult and listen to advice from dozens of recruiting businesses to clearly understand the requirements and requirements and try to perfect my skills before officially participating in the labor market. I consider this a great opportunity for students - candidates who are about to participate in job search. The opportunity to rub shoulders and ask about this information is very valuable for young people" - Ms. Chu Thuy Quynh said.
