Understanding this, trade union levels in Ninh Binh province have coordinated with units and businesses to organize year-end meals for union members and workers (CNLD) with a solemn and warm atmosphere.
In these last days of the year, hundreds of workers in industrial zones and clusters in Ninh Binh province are living in the atmosphere of welcoming early spring with folk games, cultural performances and a warm year-end meal.
As one of the first units in Ninh Binh to organize the "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party 2026" Program, the Board of Directors of Goryo Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Gia Van Industrial Cluster, Ninh Binh) has coordinated with the Gia Van Commune Trade Union to organize for hundreds of workers at the Company to participate in folk games, organize 0-dong booths, year-end meals... creating a joyful and warm atmosphere after a year of hard work.

However, the year-end meals at the end of the year always bring special emotions. People seem to forget all the work and worries in life to have fun and gather together.
Mr. Dinh The Hung - Chairman of Gia Van Commune Trade Union said that organizing the year-end New Year's Eve meal is very meaningful, an opportunity for workers to sit together and wish for a better new year with better work and better income.
In addition to eating year-end meals, workers also participate in folk games, cultural and artistic activities, lucky draws, buying discounted goods... The Commune Trade Union also coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to give meaningful gifts to workers in difficult circumstances" - Mr. Hung shared.
It has become a tradition that every Tet holiday, when Spring comes, trade union levels in Ninh Binh province focus resources on implementing activities to care for union members and workers. In which, the highlight is the "Tet Reunion" Program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, which has become a particularly meaningful activity of the Trade Union Organization.
Welcoming the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, right from the beginning of November, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation has developed a plan to implement activities to care for union members and workers. At the same time, directing commune and ward trade unions, grassroots trade unions to promote propaganda and mobilize leaders of agencies, units, and businesses to allocate funds to care for workers in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents. Organize bus trips to pick up and drop off workers to return home for Tet, prioritizing difficult cases or those who have not returned home for Tet for many years...
Ms. Le Thi Hoa - Vice President of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation said that in addition to activities to care for union members and workers, from now until the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Provincial Labor Federation will actively coordinate with relevant units to urge and supervise the payment of Tet salaries and bonuses by enterprises in accordance with the publicly announced plan with workers. At the same time, direct the team of trade union officials to closely follow the grassroots level, promptly report the opinions and aspirations of workers to dialogue with employers, prevent labor disputes, especially the situation of collective work stoppages in the days leading up to Tet.
