The grassroots trade union also strives to admit 100% of union members/total number of workers, improve qualifications, professional skills, educate workers on life skills and digital technology.
The goal is to build a grassroots trade union to achieve the title of "Excellent completion of tasks" every year, discover and introduce outstanding union members to the Party.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Binh to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union of FASV LLC for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged and commended the efforts to care for the lives and protect the legitimate and legal rights of 4,358 union members and employees of the company.
She emphasized that organizing Workers' conferences, periodic dialogues, monitoring regimes, policies, emulation movements, shift meals and cultural and sports activities have created consensus, contributing to improving production and business efficiency and strengthening the role of trade union organizations.
She also suggested that the new Executive Committee continue to innovate operating methods, improve the effectiveness of caring for employees, coordinate with the Board of Directors to build harmonious, stable, and developing labor relations, and strive to excellently complete annual tasks.
