On August 28, the Trade Union of Quang Tri Industrial Park had a direct working session with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Quang Binh BVN Investment Joint Stock Company.
The company's grassroots union was established in April 2025 with 27 union members, and has now admitted 53 more people, bringing the total number of union members to 80. The company is currently a manufacturer of energy compressors for direct export to the Japanese market.
The factory is located in Bo Trach commune with an area of 8.5 hectares, an average capacity of 1,000 - 1,200 tons of raw materials/day, operating 3 shifts continuously.
The unit organizes 3-meal shift meals ( noon, afternoon, evening), arranges workers' housing with full amenities, sports fields, entertainment areas to serve workers.
At the meeting, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board grasped the situation and instructed the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to implement the contents of trade union activities in accordance with regulations, ensuring better care for union members and workers.
