On the afternoon of June 29, the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) held a conference to announce the decision to terminate the activities of 14 Trade Unions at the grassroots level; end the activities of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee (UBKT) of 14 Trade Unions at the grassroots level from July 1.
14 grassroots trade unions have ended their activities, including: Quy Nhon City Labor Federation; An Nhon Town Labor Federation; Hoai Nhon Town Labor Federation; Labor Federations of Phu My, Phu Cat, Tuy Phuoc, Hoai An, Tay Son, An Lao, Vinh Thanh, Van Canh districts; Provincial People's Committee Trade Union; Provincial Party Trade Union and Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union.
At the same time, the Decision on transfer of staff and civil servants was announced. Accordingly, Ms. Huynh Le Diem Tuyet - Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Organization and Inspection Department; Mr. Dinh Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Trade Union, were transferred to work at the new Gia Lai Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee from July 1.
Announce the decision to retire early or quit the job according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government. Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Thang Loi - specialist of the Provincial Federation of Labor Office; Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc - Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Huu Liem - driver of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Pham Van Bao - driver and security guard of the Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Phan Thi Dieu Hien - manager of the Provincial Federation of Labor agency is allowed to retire early from July 1. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Commission was laid off from work from July 1.
At the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Khuyen - President of the Hoai An District Labor Federation - shared: "I hope everyone will always maintain enthusiasm, passion, dedication, complete the assigned tasks well and always remember the "blue shirt soldiers" who fought with us to build a strong Trade Union organization".
Mr. Le Tu Binh - Vice Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor shared: "The green shirt" of the Trade Union is always deeply imprinted in his heart, no matter what position he will hold in the near future.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor - emphasized that the end of the activities of the grassroots trade unions aims to fulfill the historical mission, entering a new era with the country, an era of national growth.
