The seminar was attended by over 50 union officials from grassroots unions of the Phu Yen Provincial Education Trade Union and the Executive Committee of the Central College of Industry and Trade's grassroots union.
Many important contents were discussed to help union officials better understand the role of digital technology and AI in their work. Union officials were provided with information on digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications in their work to respond to the new situation. In particular, grassroots union officials were instructed on how to use ChatGPT, Claude AI with the universal Prompt formula that is easy to understand and apply, resulting in high-quality communication without having to learn too many complicated Prompt formulas. On-site practice and experience in handling issues in union affairs and education have helped union officials not only grasp new knowledge but also be able to apply it to work and life.
Digital technology has been changing the way of teaching and learning, creating conditions for teachers and students to access knowledge more flexibly and effectively. Currently, Gen AI (Generative AI) not only helps solve common questions but can also support planning, data analysis, decision making and propose specific solutions for each situation in trade union work or create content for professional work in education such as preparing lesson plans, lectures, making exams...
An important part of the discussion is to train union officials in the ability to think flexibly and creatively in the digital age. Through that, each union official understands that the current working environment requires agility and high adaptability. Union officials not only need to support union members - teachers in accessing digital teaching tools and AI technology, but also need to continuously learn and develop their own digital skills.
In addition to the positive aspects, the seminar also provided knowledge on risk management in the digital environment and the AI era. This is becoming very important as union and educational activities are increasingly deployed on digital platforms, social networks and AI tools.
Updating knowledge and applying digital transformation for union officials, especially grassroots union officials, needs to be widely and effectively deployed to meet work requirements in the new situation.
