The Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Phu My Fertilizer Plant said that at the Plant, we launched a digital transformation emulation movement to each worker. To help workers also access and participate, initially it was an emulation movement with very simple content such as units registering to digitize the entire payroll, contacting for work; strengthening online meetings instead of direct meetings. Especially on the basis of the National Digital Transformation Day being October 10th, we take October 10th every month as a digital working day and set the goal that everything related to documents is transferred by email, document retrieval, minimizing the use of paper documents... As a result, with the digital transformation emulation movement, to date, 80-90% of submissions and documents are processed and signed digitally.
Especially from the digital transformation emulation movement, the unit built and applied safety management software including 12 modules, including safety for work permits, contractor management, risk assessment... The process of organizing and launching the digital transformation emulation movement shows that the most difficult thing when launching is that the awareness and digital transformation capacity of workers are not uniform. Therefore, when initiating an emulation movement, people with enthusiasm and consensus from the government are needed. Emulation movements must be associated with the professional reality of the unit, serving professional tasks, improving labor productivity and increasing income for workers. Therefore, the important thing when the trade union organizes emulation movements is to clearly understand the requirements of each stage to have good ideas and specific criteria when building emulation movement content...
I believe that the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress taking place with the spirit of innovation will create breakthroughs in the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, one of which is organizing the emulation movement "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income". Especially emulation in digital transformation to create conditions for workers to improve their skills, adaptability, increase productivity, and at the same time clearly show innovation and digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation" - Ms. Nga expressed her opinion.
