Worried after the storm, Bim Son Trade Union supports union members in difficulty

Thanh Hoa - Bim Son Ward Trade Union presented 9.5 million VND to support 13 union members and workers affected by storm No. 10 and in difficult circumstances in December.

On December 10, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) said that the Bim Son Ward Union had just coordinated with the Hue Anh Company Limited Union to organize a gift-giving ceremony to support union members and workers affected by storm No. 10 and in difficult circumstances in December.

The support period includes 3 workers affected by storms and 10 workers in difficulty, with a total cost of 9.5 million VND. Of which, 4.5 million VND was supported by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union, 5 million VND was taken from the Bim Son Ward Trade Union.

Attending the gift-giving ceremony were Ms. Le Thi Loan - Vice Chairwoman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Bim Son Ward Trade Union; representatives of the Hue Anh Company Limited Trade Union and a large number of union members and workers. The gifts were given directly to promptly share difficulties and help workers stabilize their lives after the storm.

According to the Bim Son Ward Trade Union, this caring activity continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in protecting the rights and accompanying workers, especially in times of vulnerability due to natural disasters.

The local union said it will continue to coordinate with businesses to increase welfare, create a safe and humane working environment for union members and workers.
