Decree 103/2025/ND-CP stipulates a number of policies for core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments and regimes and policies for employees in core defense industry establishments, core security industry establishments.
Article 17. Policy on supporting salaries and special allowances when performing tasks assigned by competent authorities in addition to production and business tasks
1. Employees are guaranteed by the State salary according to their positions, titles, ranks, ranks, salary scales, salary tables and special allowances as prescribed in Article 11 of this Decree when performing tasks assigned by competent authorities in addition to the following production and business tasks:
a) Exercise, training in combat, reserve training, and training in militia and self-defense forces;
b) Training, fostering expertise and skills, improving the skills of workers according to the requirements of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security;
c) Political studies and party work and political work activities;
d) Participating in competitions, sports festivals, cultural and artistic activities;
d) Other tasks as required by competent authorities.
2. The state budget supports employees according to the salary and allowances specific to employees calculated based on the actual time on the task assigned by competent authorities in Clause 1 of this Article and during this time, employees do not receive special salaries and allowances from production and business tasks.
3. The procedure for requesting budget support in this Article is according to the provisions of the law on the state budget.
