Accordingly, the working delegation led by Mr. Pham Hai Duong - Deputy General Director of the Group and Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut - Chairman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union had a working session with the People's Committee of Lai Chau province.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Pham Hai Duong - Deputy General Director of the Group - emphasized: "The Group always puts employees at the center of all activities, from salary and welfare policies to training and improving the quality of life and striving to bring the income of Lai Chau rubber workers closer to the average of the entire Group's workers".
Mr. Duong also suggested that the province continue to pay attention to, support, and remove obstacles in land and environmental procedures; create conditions for businesses to invest in expanding processing factories.
The Group is also committed to always accompanying Lai Chau province to implement projects in accordance with the development needs and capacity of the Group.

According to Mr. Le Van Luong - Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee, the province will create all favorable conditions for rubber enterprises to develop stably, contributing to the successful implementation of sustainable agricultural development goals for the period 2025-2030.
The Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee also suggested that the Group should closely follow the general development targets, maximize production capacity, especially taking advantage of favorable weather conditions during the dry season to achieve the highest output.
In addition, Rubber Companies closely coordinate with local authorities in labor recruitment, research on a more flexible and mobile labor age structure.
At the same time, it will strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to stay and work long-term in rubber farms.

At the meeting, representatives of Lai Chau Rubber Joint Stock Company reported on the production and business situation for the period 2022-2025.
Accordingly, the Company was established in 2007 and currently manages over 6,777 hectares of rubber (exploited over 6,705 hectares) in 7 communes of Lai Chau province.
Revenue in 2024 will reach nearly 300 billion VND; profit will be nearly 40 billion VND. The company is creating stable jobs for thousands of workers, with an average income of about 6 million VND/person/month, of which over 90% are local ethnic minority workers.
