News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on March 29th said: Huong Tra Ward Trade Union, Tam Ky Ward Trade Union, and Ban Thach Ward Trade Union have just signed regulations on coordination with Ban Thach Grassroots Social Insurance.
Attending the signing program were Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong - Director of Ban Thach Grassroots Social Insurance; Chairwoman, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Huong Tra, Tam Ky, Ban Thach wards and specialist in charge of Ban Thach Grassroots Social Insurance.
This is an activity to concretize the Coordination Regulation No. 03/QCPH-LDLD-BHXH dated December 18, 2025 of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the Da Nang City Social Insurance.
This coordination regulation focuses on improving the effectiveness of implementing social insurance, health insurance, voluntary insurance policies, and protecting workers' rights. The two sides closely coordinate in information, propaganda, inspection, and lawsuits against violations of labor laws and social insurance at enterprises.
The key contents of the regulation include: Propaganda and target audience development: Promoting the dissemination of the Law on Social Insurance, the 2024 Trade Union Law, and policy propaganda to businesses and workers, especially in industrial parks.
Coordinate inter-sectoral inspection and examination to resolve complaints and denunciations and handle outstanding social insurance and health insurance debts. Review land funds, social housing project planning, worker dormitories, and trade union institutions.
Agree to exchange information periodically every 6 months, annually or unexpectedly to assess and remove difficulties in policy implementation.
This program aims to strengthen social security and ensure the rights of workers in Da Nang city.
