On the afternoon of November 5, the Trade Union of Ha Tinh General Hospital held the 10th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Central Trade Union Cluster; Doctor Le Van Dung - Deputy Director of the Hospital; along with representatives of the Board of Directors and 118 delegates, representing nearly 1,000 union members and workers in the entire unit.
For the 2023 - 2025 term, the Trade Union of Ha Tinh General Hospital has affirmed its role as a reliable support for the team of cadres, civil servants and workers. The union has closely coordinated with the professional team to take good care of the lives, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members.
The average income of workers increased from 8 million VND/month (2023) to 10 million VND/month (2025). 3 union members in difficult circumstances were supported to build "Union Shelter" houses.
Social security activities, "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", visits, gift giving... are maintained regularly, spreading the spirit of humanity and solidarity in the hospital community.
The work of building trade union organizations also achieved many outstanding results: admitting 132 new union members, introducing 80 outstanding masses to attend the Party Appreciation class, 60 union members were admitted to the Party; 90% of trade union groups achieved outstanding strengths. The grassroots trade union was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation praised the achieved results, and at the same time suggested that the Hospital Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote its representative role, practically care for union members' lives; proactively advise and coordinate with professional staff to build a democratic, united and safe working environment, towards the satisfaction of patients and workers.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 10th grassroots Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 11 comrades, and elected a delegation to attend the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress.
The Congress is an extensive political activity among cadres, union members, and workers demonstrating their determination to innovate, unite, and be creative, building a strong trade union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the Ha Tinh Health Sector.
